This document provides instructions and examples for multiplying and dividing decimals. It explains that when multiplying decimals, you should not line up the decimal points, but rather multiply the numbers and then count decimal places. When dividing, if the divisor is a whole number you bring the decimal point straight up, and if the divisor is decimal, you move the decimal point over in the dividend and quotient. It then provides 7 example problems simplifying decimal operations.
