I Will Bless the Lord at All Times Telethon
Dr. Eddie Mitchell of RiversEdge Church hosts a recent telethon
WMCF TV continues to do “Live” telethons in the studio. Every
other Friday morning, local pastors and leaders appeal to those in
our viewing audience to support Christian television. Lively
preaching, testimonies and music with the anointing of the Holy
Spirit prompts people to watch, pray and give to the local station.
Operation Save America
Rusty Thomas being interviewed on local Praise the Lord at WMCF
On July 11 -18, Christians in Montgomery Alabama joined hundreds of
Christians across the country who are living out their faith by going to
the streets of their cities to be a beacon of righteousness to a nation
losing its way. Rusty Thomas of Waco Texas, the founder and
coordinator of Operation Save America brought his team to
Montgomery to hold street rallies and revival services at local churches
calling the nation to repent of the sins of abortion and anti-family
agendas. The meetings included publically reading the Bible through in
48 hours, holding a memorial service for aborted children and doing
street out-reach ministries in urban communities. Rusty Thomas was a
guest on Praise the Lord on July 10th speaking to the viewers about his
vision to save the nation from moral degradation.

Our local page continues knocking on the
door of 1,000 likes as we are sitting at 993.
We had a decent month of increase with 7
likes last month. Daily, we post scripture and
words of encouragement to minster to our
followers on Facebook. Our Facebook
followers also receive posts of TBN
programming updates. Last month, was our
most prolific month of testimony as God has
truly been blessing his children with new
doors of opportunities and blessings.
TBN Second Chance Social Media
Report- July 2015
Our Second Chance Facebook page had
a great month of increase with 53 new
likes as we have gone over 5,683 likes
headed toward 6,000. Testimonies pour
in weekly as the word of God changes the
hearts of our brothers and sisters behind
prison bars and their hurting loved ones.
Daily, we make posts to encourage our
Second Chance followers with the Gospel
of Jesus Christ. Over 30 people wrote to
testify of God’s favor in their lives and
circumstances.

The Summer Internship program at
WMCF has left three budding young
college students very happy. Brianna
Preston, Torrance Ryans and Success
Jumbo all say that our staff made them
feel a part of the TBN family. They trained
side by side with our regular staff and
learned to operate studio cameras, floor
direct, technical directing, editing and
much more. The students will take with
them, a wealth of information as well as
the knowledge of how important building
good character is in the workplace.
