them?
The importance of integrating all 7Ps and how to
do it?
Where do the 7Ps fit into the overall marketing
planning process, and how that can help you
grow your business profitably?
You want to grow your business but aren’t sure how to or that you have
the responsibility of marketing for a business, and you do not see the
results you want.
Let is go through the 7P’s and outline how you use them to make your
marketing worries to be a thing of the past.
You might think that marketing is email marketing, social media,
advertising, and telesales.
And you have probably tried these activities and found no return on
investment and that they just didn’t work for your industry.
Let’s get one thing clear; marketing is so much more than promotion.
Product/Service:
Product’s benefits.
Put yourself in your customer’s shoes
and think about how it will be
useful/beneficial for them ‘
Is there scope for promoting your
product with some differentiation?
Are your products top of mind
recall?
Are your products easily available?
Place:
Market.
Are you in the Market?
What way are you selling your
product?
Are you online?
Do you have a shop?
Do you use distributors?
Any other channels to use to get your
product to market?
Price:
Know the cost of sales
Pricing strategy?
Competitors pricing?
Check with your customers what
they are willing to pay?
People:
Everyone who encounters your
customers.
Are they trained in customer service?
Are they comfortable to work with
you & the way you want?
Physical evidence:
Reflection or presence of the
business to the outside world
Branding , Advertising , Logo , Brand
message ,,,,are they all in sync &
integrated?
Process:
How easy is it to buy from you?
Check your customer journey and
see how easy it is to buy a
product/service from you?
Is there a way to simplify & make
that buying process easier &
smoother?
