• Build on investment in renewables and low carbon
transport infrastructure, ITS expertise
• Promote collaboration between our finest scientific minds
and those with the business acumen to lead successfully
focused IM interventions

• Create a knowledge hub based upon worldwide IM
projects
• Create a network of “do-ers” to partner the “thinkers”
• Physical and virtual centre
• Launch a electric city car hire scheme in a Scottish city –
mid 2015, 300-3000 vehicles
• Proactive work with SMEs – work with the willing – Not
GREEN but bottom line driven
• Focus, plan, do, review – Energy and Transport solutions
• Training and Development centre – Fleet managers
• Track – come see, touch, drive, enjoy.
