• Data and information informal tenure holders
who need land grant in Phulappa
• Data and information HHs on who and why
could not access to 2nd tranch of grant
• Relocation Plan of Boshimpa/ Panipokhari
approved by NRA and land allocation to 78
HHS
• Integrated Settlement Plan of Jilu approved by
NRA for 153 HHs
• Relocation Plan for 54 HHs of Bulungkhani
under consideration of NRA

13. Outcome
• NRA has information on the beneficiary with need for land support
• Improved awareness among beneficiaries to claim their rights for
land and housing grants
• Closer communication between rights holders and duty bearers
• FFP Land Tools (Participatory Enumeration, STDM, GEC, PILAR and
Land Use Planning ) customized and tested for scale up
• Donors influenced on more than housing construction (CARita,
Habitat for Humanity)
• Capacity of local partners enhanced
• Leverage of additional government funding for land management
(USD 1.5 M for three site)

• Good outcome in Relocation planning and
Integrated Settlement Planning (3 sites).
Infrastructure development and land reallocation
undertaken
• The government knows where the people are, the
people know where the government is and what
the government is doing for them (influence in
land policy)
• Working with Nunicipality and landlords for land
tenure security and land grant for Informal tenure
holders in Phulappa
• Working with NRA to access land grant for
Iandless in Phulappa
