• Closer communication between rights holders and duty bearers
• FFP Land Tools (Participatory Enumeration, STDM, GEC, PILAR and
Land Use Planning ) customized and tested for scale up
• Donors influenced on more than housing construction (CARita,
Habitat for Humanity)
• Capacity of local partners enhanced
• Leverage of additional government funding for land management
(USD 1.5 M for three site)

• Working with Nunicipality and landlords for land
tenure security and land grant for Informal tenure
holders in Phulappa
• Working with NRA to access land grant for
Iandless in Phulappa
