organize an export mission to Brazil for 10 to 12 Polish companies.
The mission includes:
 logistics support in Brazil,
 B2B meetings with Brazilian companies
 market surveys and seminars such as “how to do business in Brazil”
 fields visit to industrial centers, logistics sites, department stores and so on.

o.o. [Kompass Poland LLP] during the period of 20-29.11.2017.
“Our company participated in the economic mission to Brazil whose organizer and contractor was Kompass Poland.
Within this project the following was done:
• Organization of the full logistics of the trip (airline tickets, airport transfers from airport to hotels, organization and booking
of hotels of 4*** together with meals, booking conference rooms in which meetings with Brazilian entrepreneurs took place

• Organization of a meeting with a representative of the Rothmann Advogados law firm from Sao Paulo, dedicated to the
challenges and methods of doing business in Brazil, particularly with reference to the tax system and a meeting with a
representative of Edial Importacao & Exportacao which aimed at getting to know the technical and logistical capabilities
related to the export and import of goods to Brazil;

• An appointment, organization and support in meetings with potential Brazilian partners interested in our
products;
• Organization of partner visits in companies and shops operated by local, Brazilian entrepreneurs. These visits’
goal was to offer a comparison of conditions, facilities, types of goods, quality, manner of employment or the
production of goods all the way to their sale for the Polish entrepreneurs. These visits allowed for a free
exchange of experiences between us and Brazilian entrepreneurs.
