- Hello, My name is Clement, and I’m the CEO of Prynt. At Prynt we redesigning the way people share digital content in the real world. In other words, we’ve created real Harry Potter photos. The first thing we applied it to was Instant Photography, and so we’ve created a case for smartphones that print instantly those magical photos. You just need the app to make them come back to life from any phone.
- We’ve then added Magical postcards sent directly from our app with one click. And all those physical photos are doors between people, our young users crave for that way to communicate, they can add multiple videos in a row creating stories
- And that’s why we define ourselves as a Social Company enabled by Hardware: Yes we rely on physical to create more authentic relationships, but we are social as our users spend a lot of time of the app, invite their friends and stick to it because of the value they see in it.
- So at the end of the day, the Prynt Case , our first product is a Trojan Horse for Augmented Reality Photography, with the units we’ve sold, and our retail partners, we are building a community of enthusiasts and creators. Plus there is a great Razor and Blade model on the paper^^
- But we actually see further than this. You see playing with memories, we are actually effectively branding a behavior, teaching people about what AR can do when applied to photography: unlocking digital content in the real world. So imagine what brands would do with this, hiding stories inside billboards, posters or flyers.
- We are a team of 30 passionate builders and photographers, from Ken our VP of Ops, working previously at Lytro, to Mark our VP of Sales with 20 years of exp at Anki or Tile.
