This document discusses the purposes of life according to Pastor Rick Warren's book The Purpose Driven Life. It lists five purposes: 1) Worship, to bring God pleasure; 2) Fellowship, to be part of a family/community; 3) Discipleship, to become like Christ; 4) Ministry, to serve God; 5) Evangelism, to fulfill the mission of spreading the gospel. It encourages living according to God's plan rather than apart from it, and provides a prayer to accept Jesus as Lord and Savior.

6. Like a manufacturer, God
has a purpose in creating
you. Though our loving God
allows you to make other
choices apart from the His
original intentions for you, but
living a life apart from his
plan, if you notice, always
leads us empty , dissatisfied
and shackled to sin. Living a
life apart from God's plan
would sometimes give us
satisfaction but it's temporary
and eventually would just
leave us empty.

19. Ready for the U-TURN?

Accept – that you are a sinner and you need Christ
Believe that Jesus died for your sins once and for all
Confess – that HE(Jesus) will be your Lord and savior
and that you will follow His ways for the rest of your life

20. Lets pray!!
Dear God in heaven, I come to you in the name of Jesus. I acknowledge to
You that I am a sinner, and I am sorry for my sins and the life that I have
lived; I need your forgiveness.
I believe that your only begotten Son Jesus Christ shed His precious blood on
the cross at Calvary and died for my sins, and I am now willing to turn from
my sin.
You said in Your Holy Word, Romans 10:9 that if we confess the Lord our God
and believe in our hearts that God raised Jesus from the dead, we shall be
saved.
Right now I confess Jesus as the Lord of my soul. With my heart, I believe that
God raised Jesus from the dead. This very moment I accept Jesus Christ as
my own personal Savior and according to His Word, right now I am saved.
Thank you Jesus for your unlimited grace which has saved me from my sins. I
thank you Jesus that your grace never leads to license, but rather it always
leads to repentance. Therefore Lord Jesus transform my life so that I may
bring glory and honor to you alone and not to myself.
Thank you Jesus for dying for me and giving me eternal life.
Amen.

21. What’s next after the prayer?
You need to be connected to a local
Church. The church has to be a full Gospel –
Christ centered Church. Meaning, their
reference to doctrines must be found only in
the Bible and that Jesus is their Lord and
Savior…not a prophet!
You need to have your own Bible
Finally, you need to tell people about Jesus.
So, congratulations and welcome to the
family of God!!
