DESCRIPTIONS

12. Altar Care Team: This team provides support for the Pastor by
providing people responding to the altar call with scripture and
prayer in the Prayer Room.
Baptismal: This team assists the Ministerial Staff during Baptismal
services.
Bereavement: This team assists the ministry when there is
someone very sick in the hospital and/or has died. They help the
family with prayer and other needs they may have.
Bookstore: This team takes care of Bookstore transactions as well
as tracking payments made for special events.
Coffee Cart: This team prepares, maintains, and cleans the coffee
cart before, during and after church services.

13. Communion Team: This team serves behind the scenes to
prepare both the elements and the environment for Communion
during our first Sunday Worship services.
Creative Team: This team dresses up the Empowerment Zone
platform for special series and/or messages.
Events Team: National conferences, Victory Christian Center
conferences and Church-wide events are creatively planned and
energetically hosted by this team who places priority on valuing
people and serving with excellence.
Growth Track Team: As the official hosts of our Growth
Track, this team greets the guests as well as provides
materials, refreshments and assistance throughout our four
classes.

Hospitality Team: This energetic team serves by providing a
hot cup of coffee and connecting with guests through a warm
conversation and an authentic welcome.
Hosts: This friendly team loves people and makes them feel at
home here at Victory Christian Center. They welcome guests with
a smile, encouragement and personal touch so that hearts are
open to the Gospel message. Inside the sanctuary, the VICTORY
Host prepares people for a positive worship experience by
welcoming and assisting them to a seat, facilitating the offering
and maintaining a distraction-free environment.

15. Information Center: This team connects guests to the Church
community, providing information on all of our current
events, ministry opportunities and services at Victory Christian
Center.
Media Operations: This team is responsible for all the media
operations during church services; to maintain the equipment in
order to minimize any interruptions in the service; to remain
present and alert to what’s going on at all times and to be
sensitive to the Holy Spirit as He guides the Pastor.
Parking Team: This fun and enjoyable team is truly the first
impression of Victory Christian Center! If you relish the great
outdoors, look good in a uniform, and enjoy telling people where
to go, this is the team for you!

16. Praise Team/Band: With vocals or instruments, the dynamic
Praise Team, and the VICTORY Band, serves to prepare the way
for our guests to encounter the presence of the living God.
Prayer Team: This team of trained intercessors covers the
weekend and midweek services in prayer, preparing the way for
the Lord. Join this team that is blazing the trail for God in our city!
Setup/Takedown Team: This team facilitates the Victory
Christian Center experience by setting up before service and
taking down after service.
Small Groups: We believe that real life change takes place in
the context of relationships. As a Small Group Leader, you have
the greatest opportunity to connect with others, fulfill your
passions, develop your gifts and live out the Great Commission.

17. Student Ministries: Join the team that is building the next
generation, one dynamic worship experience, relevant small
group, and impactful retreat at a time!
Victory Kids: This team creates an environment where children
are consistently exposed to the real love of Jesus. Through
worship, videos, skits, small groups, greeting, games and
more, this team intentionally invests in the lives of our children.
