Think of one challenge for each day of
the contest.
At the end of the day, the winning team gets a prize or
points, and other teams must all drop a member.
Divide agents into different and tell them the
challenge for next day in advance.
The members that were dropped from the loosing teams,
create form new team to compete the next day.
At the end, the team with the most points wins!

4. THE WHEEL OF
WOW
Start with a wheel divided into categories with
prizes. Employees with performance metrics
above a certain level can be nominated by their
peers to spin the wheel.
This contest not only motivates employees to
improve, but also recognizes a different team
member each day.

using your office desk set-up as the grid. Every
day that all team members come to the office,
the team has a shot to try and sink the other
team’s ships.

Set a specific time frame for the game. For this one, it
might be best to play 3 games. The best out of three will
be the winner.
Divide your agents into two teams and choose a few
senior members as moderators.

PRIZE
Add thrill to the daily routine.
Select an unexpected prize team that
members will not be able to guess easily.
Assign a specific metric to work on, and
the team members that get the best
results earn clues about the prize.
The more clues they earn, the easier it
will be for them to guess the prize.
The first person to guess it correctly
wins!
