their motorcycle and promised you to
have a 5% commission if you were able to
look for a buyer. How much will you
receive if you have sold the motorcycle
for ₱30,000?
Solution
Commission = Total Sales × Commission
Rate
Commission = 30,000 × 0.05
Commission = 1,500
₱
Thus, the commission that you will receive is
1,500
₱ .

Amount of Product + Sales Tax
Total Amount Paid in the
