Greece is known as the
birth place of democracy,
philosophy and the
Olympic Games, playing a
major role in shaping
western culture .
The ancient Greek
language influenced many
modern languages and
introduced important
words used in science,
philosophy and literature
today.

We are coming from a
small island named
Corfu.
Corfu is one of the
most beautiful islands
in Greece- located in
the Ionian sea, known
for its history,
stunning beaches and
lush landscapes.

holiday destination,
offering a blend of exotic
beaches, rich in ancient
history and vibrant
culture. With its charming
old town , beautiful
Venetian
architecture ,and crystal
clear waters.
We also have great
traditional food that will
blow your mind and your
stomach too……….

5. Traditional food of Corfu
Pastitsada Sofrito
is a Greek dish consisting of pasta topped with
meat braised in a spicy tomato-based sauce.
Often associated with the island of Corfu,
where it is a traditional Sunday dinner, it is
sometimes called pastitsada Korfiatiki.
Sofrito, puree of Catalonian origin that is
also common in Mediterranean,
Caribbean, and Latin American cuisine.
Made of lightly sautéed vegetables (such
as onion, green pepper, and carrots), it is
used as the foundation and flavour base
of tomato sauces, paella, and other
dishes.

6. FROURIO
The old fortress of Corfu, also known as "Palaio Frourio", is a
historic fortress on the island of Corfu in Greece. The fortress was
built in the 15th century by the Venetians and later expanded by
the British and French.
