In Sindhuli, 46 teachers resigned amid an investigation by the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) into their teaching licenses and academic certificates, with some suspected of holding fake documents. The resignations include 35 at the primary level, eight at lower secondary, and three at secondary level, with further resignations anticipated as the investigation continues. Meanwhile, stakeholders are calling for action against both the holders of fake documents and the officials responsible for their appointment.
