3. 1. Tali Kawat Baja/ Wire Rope Sling
Tali kawat baja tersusun dari sejumlah kawat baja yang
saling dililitkan dan memiliki kelenturan dan kekuatan
yang tinggi. Konstruksi Tali kawat baja biasanya ditunjukan
oleh kode struktur (Jumlah pintalan (Strand) X Jumlah isi
kawat elem pada pintalan). Contoh 6 X 24 atau 6 X 37.
• Jenis Kontruksi kawat baja
- Strand with center core ( 6 x 24)
- Without center (6 x 37)
- Strand with filer (6 x fi29)
- Strand with wire rope core ( IWRC 6 x fi29)
Jenis-jenis Tali (Sling)
4. Pitting ujung tali kawat
Ujung tali kawat harus dimatikan, atau diberi kait,
ring sakel atau mata pada kedua ujungnya.

5. Serangkaian link yang terhubung biasanya
terbuat dari logam. Sebuah rantai bisa terdiri
dari 2 atau bahkan lebih dari 2 link yang
berangkaian.

• Kegunaan rantai
- Rantai dirancang untuk mengangkat, menarik,
mengikat.
- Rantai dirancang untuk memmbantu
menggerakan mesin.

Webbing sling atau yang sering disebut juga dengan
sling belt adalah alat pengganti wire rope sling atau
chain sling dalam aplikasi angkat (Lifting) dan
mengikat (Choker).
Kelebihan atau keuntungan dari webbing sling adalah :
- Lebih ringan sehingga mudah dan aman digunakan.
- Lebih flexible.
- Tidak berkarat.
- Tidak merusak atau membuat kotor barang yang diangkat.

menurut bentuknya sakel ada dua jenis yaitu :
- DEE shackel
- BOW shackel
Cara pemeriksaan sakel :
. Busur membuka akibat kelebihan muatan
. Busur terpelintir akibat pemasangan yang salah
4. Baut mata
Terdapat 2 jenis yaitu :
- Dynamo eye bolt
- Baut kerah
Pemeriksaan baut mata harus di periksa :
- Diameter luar / dalam mata
- Drat bautnya
11. Signalman
Signalman merupakan orang yang bertanggung jawab
dalam setiap proses pekerjaan / pengangkatan yang
melibatkan tentang alat berat.
Tugas signalman :
- Mengataur / memberi aba aba kepada operator + rigger
- Mengkordinasi jalannya suatu pekerjaan pengangkatan
