Updating Task Progress
Let’s say it’s been a week, and you’ve made 
progress on your book.
To update progress, you add a “% complete:” to 
the tasks that you have worked on.
Next, you copy your updated notes to the 
clipboard.
Back in Planner, you paste your updated notes 
and click the project schedule tab.
Your project schedule is now updated for progress, and you 
see that your completed task is green, and your “slightly 
behind” task is yellow.
