POINTING SYSTEM FOLLOWED
1. 10 points for Early Bird feedbacks submitted during the PPC meeting on 1st Sunday or earlier during
the month. (if you submit this feedback after 1st Sunday till the 31st, you will not get the ‘early bird’
points, but will get other points (attendance, project and neatness, points for 2, 3 and 4 below)
2. 5 points per child for monthly attendance (up to maximum 100 points i.e. for 20 kids)
3. 20 points for the project of the month. (For February, 20 bonus point for ACTION SONG video
‘Chodo Plastic Thaili)
4. 5 points for neatness and good handwriting.(must be complete in all respect tobe eligible for these
points).

If our ECO KIDS CLUBS are successfully working atleast in few SCCs, it is due to the interest and enthusiastic
involvement of ECO KIDS animators. They really deserves to be appreciated for their hardwork and sincere efforts. As a
gesture of appreciation, they will get a APPRECIATION CERTIFICATE and a small token. Please come and collect
your token and wait for a group photograph.

4] FELICIATION FOR GUESTS AND JUDGES
Compere : Now we will have a short felicitation for today’s guests and judges. On behalf of Infant Jesus ECO KIDS
CLUB would like to thank you for the judges of today (names..) for coming and helping to judge the contest. Requesting
Fr Henry/Fr Felix to handover a small token….
It was also our pleasure to have our own school heads Ms Carol D’Souza, principal, Ms Milagrina Primary head and Sr
Smruti, Coordinator of Suraksha CCO. Instead of enjoying a holiday, they have accepted our invitation. Please receive a
small token from Fr Felix/Fr Henry.
Compere: Our final item of today is the TROPHY and prize distribution for the overall performance of ECO KIDS
CLUBS for the second term.
5] OVER ALL ECO KIDS PERFORMANCE
As an encouragement to improve their performance, a rotating trophy and cash prizes are given to the ECO KIDS
CLUB. This money is to be spent for the ECO KIDS CLUB activities. Now I call upon Fr Felix/Fr Henry (if present) to
give away the certificates, cash prizes and trophy for the ECO KIDS CLUBS performance for the second term 2017-18.
As everybody has tried their best, all will get the cash prizes and certificate. I will call the names starting from the last;
First Consolation prize goes to Bimbisar Nature club SCC 4 ECO KIDS. They scored 115 points. They will get a cash
prize of 500/- and a certificate. Bimbisar Nature club animators Rosemary and Ida and ECO KIDS please come on the
stage and collect your certificate and cash prize, and wait for a photograph
Second Consolation prize goes to Saviours of the earth SCC 10 ECO KIDS. They scored 120 points. They will also get
a cash prize of 500/-. Saviours of the earth animator Carol Vas and ECO KIDS of SCC 10, please come and collect your
certificate and cash prize, and wait for a photograph
Fifth prize goes to Jolly Eco Kids from SCC 7. They scored 510 points. They will get a cash prize of Rs 600/-. Gracy
Pinto animator and Jolly Eco Kids come and collect your cash prize and certificate, and wait for a photograph
Fourth prize goes to Messengers of Motherland SCC 9 ECO KIDS. They scored 530 points. They will get a cash prize of
700/-. Messengers of Motherland animator Poornamani and ECO KIDS come and collect your certificate and cash prize,
and wait for a photograph.
Third prize goes to Nature Birds, SCC 17. They scored 550 points. Inviting Vincent animator and the NATURE BIRDS
ECO KIDS to come and collect your cash prize of Rs 800/- and certificate, and wait for a photograph.
Second prize goes to Shining Stars. They scored 565 points, just 10 points less than the trophy winners – Inviting
animators and ECO KIDS to come and collect your certificate and cash prize of Rs 900/-

4. And finally, you guess, who are the TROPHY WINNERS?
First prize and trophy winners are SOLDIERS OF THE EARTH SCC 18. They scored 575 points. All eco kids along
with animators come and collect your trophy, certificate and Rs 1000/- cash prize, and wait for a photograph.

Fr Felix: Thanks to all…. Also, normally we forget the people those who worked behind the stage. I want to
acknowledge the help given by a few ushers: Brother Jordan who compered. Also Lawrence, Mothes, Peter, Priya,
Rinkle – request to collect a small token.
Fr Felix. Also announce. Animators of ECO KIDS come on the stage and collect your bags of snacks for your group of
ECO KIDS who participated in the ACTION SONG of today. this nos you had enlisted online. The ONLINE ECO
QUIZ winner children, please go to the Milagrin Ms office, show your certificate and collect your snacks.
Please vacate the church as there will be 5.30 mass. ushers have to rearrange the altar.
