1. Interdental CAL at ≥2 non-adjacent teeth
2. Buccal or oral CAL ≥3 mm with pocketing ≥3 mm at ≥2 teeth
but not diagnosed as:
1) Recession of traumatic origin.
2) Caries in the cervical area of the tooth.
3) CAL on distal of a second molar with extraction of a third
molar.
4) Endo lesion draining through the margin.
5) vertical root fracture.
