Three Men Held in 32nd St. and Elmira Shooting
Indianapolis – Homicide Investigators have preliminarily charged three individuals for the shooting of
eight victims in which two, Barbara Johnson and Charles Mayes died. The shooting occurred on August
3rd, 2010 at 1268 W. 32nd St. while the victims were celebrating a birthday.
The three individuals arrested are:
Damion Martin B/M/30 DOB 02/15/1980 preliminary charge: Conspiracy to Commit Murder.
Antwan Williams B/M/21 DOB 11/18/1988 preliminary charge: Attempt Murder and Aggravated
Battery
Devin Staten B/M/27 DOB 08/15/1983 preliminary charge: Conspiracy to Commit Murder
All three individual are being held without bond on a 72 hour hold, the investigation is ongoing.
