we’d appreciate you sending a check to Dr. ________ for $ _____ today.
If you’re finding it difficult to pay the entire amount due all at once, we have a monthly payment plan
that makes it possible for our patients to pay their balance over a few months, instead of in one
payment.
We’ve recently partnered with CareCap, a payments management company that specializes in doctor
financed payment plans. They are not a finance company, or a medical credit card. They process
monthly payments from our patients, for our office, giving our patients who need a bit longer to pay, an
option to do so. This service is offered at a low, fixed fee.
Please give me a call if you’d like to transfer your past-due balance to our monthly payment plan.
Otherwise, we look forward to receiving your check for payment in full within the next 7 days.
