Hal Edward Runkel is a licensed marriage and family therapist and founder of The ScreamFree Institute. He has been successfully teaching parents ScreamFree relationship methods for over ten years. ScreamFree Parenting focuses on helping parents stay calm and connected with their kids by focusing on themselves, growing up, and calming down rather than operating out of fear.
