Learn firearms safety and how to shoot bullseye pistol at the OSU Indoor Target Range (SE corner of Mc-
Alexander Fieldhouse). Two hour sessions at 9AM, 11AM, 1PM and 3PM. $5 for OSU Students and $15 for
OSU community, family members, and general public. Space is limited; for pre-registration and event

Tours led by OSU Student-Athlete Advisory Committee. Two tours (max of 20 people) leave every half
hour. Meet outside Reser Stadium on Parker Plaza (next to the big football).

The collection is a scholarly resource featuring apparel and textile artifacts dating to the 15th century.
This exhibit is a showcase for some of the most remarkable 19th and 20th century wedding dresses.

Join us for a concert to celebrate Oregon A Capella and to fundraise money for the International Colle-
giate Compettion of A Capella (ICCA’s), which all three OSU groups have been invited to compete in.
Special guest U of O’s Mind the Gap A Capella group. Located in Milam Hall. Tickets are sold for $5.

Oregon State University Student Chapter of the American Nuclear Society. Located at 100 Radia-
tion Center.
10 AM - 1 PM || Wave Lab Fall Family Weekend Open House
The O.H. Hinsdale Wave Research Laboratory (West of 35th Street on Jefferson), largest tsu-
nami research facility in the US, will be open for a 20 minute guided tour and demonstration.
Tours start every 5 minutes on a first come first serve basis and cover tsunami research, coastal
hazards in Oregon, and coastal engineering. Questions please contact the lab at wavelab.tours@
oregonstate.edu

Want to learn more about OSU history? Join us for an open house in the Special Collections and
Archives Research Center! Activities include historic films, coloring our collections, selfies with Ida
Kidder, meeting an archivist, learning more about past family weekends, finding your family in a
yearbook, seeing the best view on campus, and OSU history bingo at 10:30 and 1:00! Located at
the Valley Library.

Join Anishinaabekwe activist, writer, and political leader Winona LaDuke speak about some of
the many ongoing efforts toward social and environmental justice, energy, food sovereignty, and
native rights. Located at the Whiteside Theater.

Emmy Award-winning comedian, author, humorist, and panelist on NPR’s “Wait Wait...Don’t
Tell Me”, Paula is one of our country’s foremost humorists. Her ability to be spontaneous with a

Oregon State Flying Club is hosting an Open House at the Corvallis Municipal Airport (https://
goo.gl/maps/9BugkK6hw7k) which is about 10 minutes south of campus. We will be giving 20
minute airplane rides over campus for $20 per person. Each plane seats four people including the
pilot. We are also having a barbecue with free burgers, hot dogs and veggie burgers. This event
is open to the public. No registration required, sign up is on a first-come first-served basis. For

It’s the last Saturday farmers’ market of 2016, with local fruits and vegetables, baked goods,

riverfront. Outdoor markets continue through Wednesday Nov. 23. Located on 1st and Jackson.

ship. Summer classes are offered in six different lengths (called “sessions”) ranging from one week to 11
weeks, giving you the flexibility to travel, work, study and play this summer.

We will be giving 20 minute airplane rides over campus for $20 per person. Each plane seats four people including the pilot.
