Locating my center
• A tour of the entire body
• Then follow my breath into my core
• Listen to my heartbeat – steady and free
• Imagine a bright glowing sun in my chest
  filling me with light and warmth
• This is my center

Bouncing back after bad calls

Life outside is full of things which I can’t control
• So where is my security?
• Inside me --
• In what I think
• In how I act
• In how I take care of my body
• In how I regulate my breath

Dealing with rejection

• It’s not personal -
Someone on the phone can never
“reject” me, because they’ve never met
me, they don’t know the person that I am
I can become a better
salesperson, and this is the
responsibility I can take

Dealing with failure

  I only fail if I fail to do my best
• If I fail to ask the managers and the most
  successful people on the floor for advice
• If I fail to come to work in the most
  professional manner -
  – Rested
  – With positive energy
  – Wanting to be the best that I can be
