1. Let Me Share Me.
On February 25, 2015. My mother passed away. What she did was
passed on and she has passed on many things in mw I have
developedto share with you. In the days gone by I have cried alot
and it has created a river of pain. This pain and other rivers of pain
were trying to merge together. If it was not through my practice and
training I would drown. Everyday rivers tries to merge to over whelm
you and it will only be through a practice that will preserve and give
you a chance to live.
As I am going through this journey I was able to write how I help
myself and why. My mother taught me to seek and learn, to embrace
and share. To have life one must give life. These things my mother
said often.
“I will and I shall. I am what I have created. I can so I will.” A quote

The 3 D system of practice has no religious,spiritual, doctrinal, or
philosophicalunderpinnings. Anyone can practice it, regardless of his
or her walk of life or level of meditation experience.
It is very practical, with enormous,immediate benefits forpeople
managing physical pain, experiencing mental and emotional
suffering,and anyone seeking general well being and equanimity.
The awakening of your true self is radically liberating, especiallyfor
those suffering from physical pain or emotional/psychological
distress,for the less they identify with the distress as 'mine', the freer
they are to experience it without the accompanying layers of mental
anguish.
This system is not a new wheel reinvented it’s just that I have
learned, and I truly focus on the stillness, and it begins by
investigating the body as the supposed home of the self or 'I'. When
we cannot find the 'I' in the body, we move to our emotions,thoughts,
social roles, and all of the other qualities we normally regard as
being, constituting, or containing the 'I'. Eventually, we realize that we
are, "beyond this, beyond that".

2. Each time we transcend a dimensionof our being that we previously
identified with; our sense of self broadens until we are free to be
whatever life demands us to be. The more that we transcend, the
freer we are, for then we are no longer bound by any single sense of
self.This means that we can move freely in life, like water cascading
over smoothrocks.
In studying many past teachings and learning, It’s time to bare fruit.
According to the more commonview of sciences,humanity is in a
Kali Yuga, a dark or Iron Age of 432,000years, said to have begun
around 3102 BCE. We should note, however, that this view is a
speculation of medieval thinkers and has several problems,not to
mention how pessimistic itappears. Ancient texts mention many
kings and sages,not just of the preceding Dwapara Age, but also of
the Satya and Treta yugas. If this longer yuga cycle is used, such
people would have to have lived hundreds of thousands of years ago,
if not millions! My passion is the stolen science of the past. I say
stolen because it was kept away and even tried destroying it.
Through hard work of many who came before me,they have saved
us. They laid the bread crumbs and I have eaten them.

We explain to students about the unique properties of bio-photons
and how harnessing them is so much easier and less hard on the
body than the traditional ways of building up chi energy. Traditional
energy methods rely on building up the body’s blood circulation and
using the body’s hormonal flow to help with the cultivation process.
There are actions, which are complicated becausedifferentcycles
exist, both shorter and longer. Besides the 25,000 year processional

3. cycle, there must be other longer cycles of hundreds of thousands
and millions of years, just as our ordinary lives encompass cycles
within cycles of the day, the month and the year. These cycles were
understood from the past sages,because it was part of the living
studies of the whole universe and body.
From the standpoint of such a greater cycle, we may indeed be in a
Kali Yuga, perhaps one of 432,000 years (though I am not certain of
the duration or point of beginning). Within that greater cycle of Kali
Yuga, however, we do appear to be in a lessercycle Bronze Age
phase of 2400 years or so. Through these lessons, I have learned the
stars and planets and our being are connected through this 3 D
System. I teach this and I can connect you to this timeless power.
Humanity may appear to be in a greater dark age phase because,as
evidenced in the teaching, I have studied in the ancient worldwide
sciences,the great majority of human beings were on a materialistic
or vital plane level, concerned mainly with the ordinary goals of
family, wealth and personalhappiness. Only the higher portion of
humanity, the cultural elite of a few percent,appears to experience
the full benefits of the ages of light and awakening their high planes
of self.I began because of family. I stayed because I was noticing I
was able to stay alive. I continued because it moved me from death
to life and gave me a family. Now it’s because I am able to give. This
is the same as today, when the majority of human beings live on the
same emotional level as always material, and only a few really
understand the secrets of the ancient sciences.I feelit a blessing that
I can share what I know through the science of being and staying
alive and completelyhealthy.
A civilization cannot apprehend the existence of any culture higher
than itself in the cycle of world ages. Our current accounts of history
go back only to the cultures of the few that began around 3100 BCE,
like ancient Egypt and Sumeria. Such cultures were typical of the
entire world at the time. Earlier cultures of the Treta and Satya yugas
existed as well. These we cannot find, because we do not understand
the level on which they occurred.The questionyou may ask now; is
this important? The answer is yes, because they held the keys to the
gateway. While highly spiritual, they were not advanced
technologically. The existence of the cultures of the previous cycle of

4. world ages before 12,000 BCE remains entirely unsuspected.The
flood that followed the end of the Ice Age eliminated their traces.
It is not possible to say how many, but civilizations such as we know
of, have beenin existence for many tens of thousands of years. Nor
is there any end to such cycles in sight. By some accounts, it may
take up to a million years of evolution for the average soul to pass
through the human domain. In this regard the human race may be
quite young, even at an age of several hundred thousand years old.
The majority of human cultures have always been religious and
spiritual rather than materialistic in nature. This is the purpose of
training is to bring this light that is inside of you. Only non-trained
beings keep the darkness. The ancient and medieval cultures were of
a religious bent, and those of the Orient have remained largely so into
the modern age. Broken sadness particularly in its invasive form that
disrupts the natural environment, does not characterize human
culture. It is a temporary deviation from true human culture, which is
that of the spirit.
There is always a plus and plus of halves.
The two halves of the processionalcycle have their characteristic
differences ofmentality. In the descending side the spiritual energy is
decreasing or retreating from a point of fullness, while in the
ascending side it is increasing and expanding from a point of
deficiency.
It is difficult for cultures in the ascending half of the world ages to
understand those in the descending half. Descending cultures, like
those of the Orient, are traditional, conservative and authoritarian.
They are trying to preserve the light of truth from the past, the
previous ages of light. This is what I feelI oftendo when I share is to
preserve the crumbs eaten by me many years ago. Most ancient
cultures were of this order. Ancient Egypt was a typical descending
culture. It became so enmeshed in its cult of the past (which became
a cult of death) that it eventually perished of its own inertia. As many
now school and education get caught in the EGO of their practice.
Ascending cultures, on the other hand, are non-traditional, liberal and

5. revolutionary. They are moving towards the light of truth in the future,
which has yet to be defined.Westernculture is based upon other
influences which go back only to 500 BCE and did not entirely
surface until the Renaissance.Hence it cannot understand cultures
that originate from earlier worldviews. America today is a more limited
type of ascending culture, as its origins go back only a few centuries.
It is basically an ascending Bronze or ancient culture. It is
characterized by a certain seeking of light and truth but in a
superficialand outward manner. Never losing sight of the energy of
the light. This is an important direction in the 3 D System of hitting all
five levels of life.
Not surprisingly, a natural misunderstanding exists between
descending and ascending, traditional and non-traditional cultures,
such as we observe in the world today. Descending cultures are
based on a higher spiritual truth, but it has often becomeso rigid,
traditionalized and stereotyped that they may misrepresentit, as with
the caste system in some countries. Ascending cultures are more
open and creative, with a freedom ofthought and inquiry, but oftenin
an arbitrary way that may be far from any real basis in truth. They
appear immature, materialistic and sensate oriented. Most oftenthis
is left up to a perceptioninstead of training and participation.
We must combine both these cultural influences in a positive way.
The freedom and humanitarianism of the ascending mind needs the
balance of the reverence and spirituality of the descending mind.
These ideas is what is going to give you that internal, external power
and rise to the higher plain of life, we go forward in our cycle of
developmentwe will be able to see back further and achieve such an
integration. This is one of the great challenges of the world today, and
one that can only be met with great effort. As a teacher, I take this
challenge on. The divisions of East and West,spiritual and material,
ancient and moderndivisions that are so strong in our minds, show
this problem.
Yet within all these cycles exists an ongoing human evolution, a spiral
of growth. Even if it falls back for a time, it will arise again with new
force.Though we have declined spiritually from ancient cultures, we
may have gained something materially and intellectually that can
enhance our ascent back to those heights. Ultimately, humanity is

6. moving to the point where we can transcend all external influences
and live in a perpetual GoldenAge in which we can return to the inner
self,which stands above the influences of time. No one can say when
this great leap will occur. It is possible atany time; but so far it has
been quite rare, even for individuals. We cannot expectit soon for the
majority. Some of us can see the greater potentials of our world age.
Fewer can see the potentials of more advanced world ages. Still,
fewer can discoverthe eternal that is our real home; but even one
such soul becomesa beaconfor all humanity and shakes the
foundation of the ignorance that rules us.
This type of training and education indicates a harmonization of
humanity with the Divine will as transmitted from the lighted center.
The new spiritual thinking of today may be a result of this attunement
process,which insists that we enter into a new ascending age of light
and cast off the shadows of the dark ages of strife and dissention.
Though some globalshock and suffering must be endured, the
outcome can only be ultimately for the good.We should have faith in
the Divine will behind this processand not give in to the despairthat
the present state of the world must evoke in us. Though we may not
be quickly ushered into an age of enlightenment, much positive
growth will occur. A shift in history as significant as any to date will be
experienced,with a movementfrom darkness to light and a new
seeking of consciousness.
These things don’t bring back the dead. I know and understand that
,but it honors my mother and the many others who have given their
lives so we might be and live.
