This document discusses using a proprietary resin called Z214 to create a marketable product. It describes processing Z214 into a resin that could be used for conventional molding, powder polymer sintering, or reverse compounding for tires with recycling-friendly properties. It also summarizes a graduate project where the author developed a coin transport product called Coinpak using 3D computer modeling software. Coinpak was designed with recyclable materials, including a mono-material nylon construction and nylon zipper.
