Introduction
• Open Access Data Centres (“OADC”) is a subsidiary of WIOCC, established
in 2018
• OADC is investing $500m over 5 years (2021-2026) to establish a pan-
African presence of Tier III certified inter-linked Carrier Neutral and Open
Access data centres
• OADC’s aim is to offer truly world-class infrastructure, operations and
services, and to become the pre-eminent pan-African infrastructure
partner to Cloud Operators, OTTs, Content Service Providers (CSPs),
Telcos/Carriers, Metro Operators, ISPs, Government, Finance & Large
Enterprise
• OADC’s data centres operate independently, whilst leveraging WIOCC’s
