5. Метою всієї роботи з педагогічними кадрами школи є:
• вдосконалення рівня педагогічної майстерності;
• формування професійної компетентності педагогів;
• розвиток особистої культури і творчого потенціалу, спрямований
на підвищення якості освіти й активне використання
інноваційних технологій.
Реалізація поставленої мети відбувається через вирішення
наступних задач:
• системна організація й методичне забезпечення неперервного
підвищення кваліфікації й професійно-особистісної культури
педагогів, сприяння творчому росту, самореалізації, самоосвіті;
• вивчення, аналіз та оцінка ефективності освітньої й виховної
діяльності;
• виявлення, узагальнення й розповсюдження передового
педагогічного досвіду;
• удосконалення системи інформаційно-аналітичного
забезпечення методичної підтримки впровадження інноваційних
