The Interactive Genomics Viewer (IGV) is a tool developed by the Broad Institute for visualizing high-throughput sequence data such as genome alignments and variant calls. It supports many file formats for genomic data and can load data from the UCSC Genome Browser and other sources. IGV is written in Java and its user guide provides information on downloading, installing, and using the various features of the software.
