subcontractors and enforced by Merit General Contractors, Inc.

Merit uses a Four-Point Inspection Program
to guarantee quality every step of the way.
Prior to beginning a major aspect of the work,
Merit and the subcontractors will meet and check
the following:
• Shop drawings and material certifications
• Material status, labor crews, equipment, & storage
• Quality control testing methods and requirements
• Safety and environmental precautions
• Testing and inspection plan
Upon completion of a representative portion
or sample of the work, the subcontractors will
schedule with Merit and check the following for
conformance:
• Workmanship
• Adequacy testing and inspection activities
• Non-conforming areas
Merit will coordinate and attend all final
inspections by the architect/engineer and the
client. All inspection and testing reports are
reviewed for final compliance.
