2015 Annual Report
2
The 2015 THELMA Annual Report marks the first ever in the
history of our organization. First evers are important because they
recognize hope.
We all hope there is going to be another year, another day, another
event. I can remember the first ever moment I walked through the
doors of the old Windhover Center. I remember the first ever
moment when THELMA was ready for the public. First evers that
were filled with hope.
First evers are also important because of the people you share those
moments with. I hope that you notice our first ever annual report
illustrates the people who make THELMA possible. From our
donors, members, sponsors, board members, staff, and
event attendees, all people who make first evers pretty special.
I hope you enjoy thumbing through our first ever annual report as we tell a very special story of the
people of THELMA. We also tell a story of challenges and successes. Our successes make the challenges
worthwhile. Certainly the people in the pages of our first ever Annual Report make it all worthwhile.
On behalf of everyone here at THELMA, thank you and I hope to see you soon at the next show, next
gig, the next first ever.
										Kevin Miller
										Executive Director
From the Executive Director
From the Board President
THELMA continued to grow in its second full year of operations.
Our successes included: the Windy Dinner THELMA Style;
increased visibility and event attendance; as well as gracious
monetary and volunteer donations.
With our successes, expectations are high but challenges
remain. The primary goal for 2016 is to increase building
utilization through programs, rentals, meetings, and concerts.
We can achieve our goals through continued collaboration with
our members, attendees, donors, artists, performers, and
community. We will also look to expand access to the arts through arts education offerings like
Children’s Chorale and On Stage @ THELMA.
Thank you for your contribution to our 2015 successes and we look forward to partnering with
you in 2016.

Breakdown
During 2015, THELMA in partnership with the Fond du Lac community was able
to grow our visibility and our operations. Operationally, revenues from programs,
fundraising and membership increased 18%; while overall operating expenses
decreased 7%.
These combined efforts contributed to stabilized cash flow in 2015 and allowed
for a pay down on the line of credit. For 2016, we have elevated our expectations
for growth and are committed to maintaining cost controls. Overall our
financial position would not be possible without the gracious monetary and in-kind donations of our
donors, sponsors, members and community. Thank you for your contribution to our successful 2015!

The Face of Volunteers
Al Repp (left) became a member of
THELMA in 2015 after winning
tickets to a THELMA concert on KFIZ.
Also in 2015, THELMA was in need
of some tile work at our Service and
Employee entrance. We asked Al,
who owns Repptile, if he would
help us. Here he is on a Sunday
afternoon fixing our tile.
Thank you Al!
If you have been to a concert at THELMA, you have met Phil Shepherd (above).
He is a regular volunteer who scans Will Call and Advanced Tickets. This is a
huge help, alleviating backups at the Front Desk, especially during our sold out shows.
Thank you Phil!
