Mr. Rey supported the Performance and Analysis Group as SENTEL's Chief Developer for the Safety Management Tracking System (SMTS). The SMTS team implemented and deployed three major builds in Fiscal Year 2015. All three required significant revisions to the requirements, software, test procedures, and user manual. As the Chief Developer, Mr. Rey was responsible for implementing and configuring EtQ Reliance to fulfill the new and revised SMTS requirements in order to keep the tool consistent with user needs as well as Safety Management System policy and process revisions occurring throughout the year. Mr. Rey demonstrated amazing creativity by designing and implementing eloquent solutions. He remained engaged despite the long hours expended to realize these solutions and promote each of the three deliveries to the user community.
