Company History
With humble beginnings in 1999, under the
banner of Micropal Africa Imaging, we embarked
on the exciting journey of creating a “Paperless
Office” offering to companies in South Africa.
Having secured the exclusive distribution rights
to the Microfile suite of Electronic Document
Management Software products, we began
providing relatively straight forward “Electronic
Archival” software, with emphasis placed on
scanning, indexing and searching of documents.
This platform set the stage for Paperless Software
Solutions moving into a host of synergistic
environments, all with the aim of automating
processes, saving money, and offering a
“Paperless Office”.
