4. ALWAYS A BULLDOG
There’s never been a better time to declare
yourself a proud graduate of UGA.
Young Alumni
PROGRAM
Young Alumni
PROGRAM
In the spring of 2013 The Georgia Bulldog Club unveiled
the Young Alumni Program. Through this program,
graduates of UGA with a degree (Undergraduate,
Masters, Doctoral, Professional Student) in the last 5
years (May 1, 2009-May 31, 2014) can request renewable
season tickets at a discounted rate. For more information
about this program please visit our website
www.thegeorgiabulldogclub.com or call 706-542-9220.
As an alternative, if you qualify for the program but are a
current Hartman Fund donor, The Georgia Bulldog Club
will apply a one-time 750 point credit to your existing
account. The credit does not count towards an annual
contribution but is added to your cumulative priority
point total.
As a Hartman Fund donor, you may still apply for the
Young Alumni program. Should you apply and set up a
Young Alumni account, you would not receive the addi-
tional credit on your existing Hartman Fund account.
To apply for this point credit or for more information
about this option, please make your donation to the
Hartman Fund, then contact Sameer Vashisht at
706-542-9220 or sameerv@sports.uga.edu, indicating that
you are a Young Alumni who donated to the Hartman
Fund. Once your graduation status has been verified,
the point credit will be applied to your existing account.

5. BE REWARDED FOR
REFERRING A NEW DONOR
Spread the word about The Georgia Bulldog
Club and encourage others to support scholarship
opportunities for student-athletes.
™
Notes:
At the time of donation, the new donor must submit either a Refer A Bulldog form
(located online at www.thegeorgiabulldogclub.com) or submit the current donor name
and account number when donating online. The referral cannot take place after the
donation has been made. It must be made at the time of the new donation.
Referral points do not count toward any annual gift total. They are strictly added as a
credit to the donor’s cumulative point total.
Credit points will be added as referrals come in and will be visible in the cumulative
total on all ticket applications.
The current Hartman Fund donor with the most referrals each year will be recognized
by The Georgia Bulldog Club.
The referral of a new sky suite holder does not qualify for this program. However, a
sky suite donor can refer a new Hartman Fund donor and receive the associated
priority points.
A donor in the Young Alumni program is eligible to receive referral points only for
general Hartman Fund referrals. Referral of a donor to the Young Alumni program
will not be provided additional credit points as the Young Alumni program has its
own credit point structure.
There will be an annual cap of 10,000 points an existing donor can receive from
referral credits each year.
In an effort to increase the financial support
donors provide to the young men and women
who proudly wear the “G,” The Georgia
Bulldog Club is proud to announce its
Refer A Bulldog program.
Each year, UGA Athletic Association coaches recruit future
generations of Bulldogs who desire to Commit To The G. With
the Bulldog Nation extending far beyond the confines of campus,
you can assist The Georgia Bulldog Club in its recruiting process.
Beginning with the 2014 Hartman Fund drive, the Refer A Bulldog
program has been designed to reward our current donors for
bringing new members to The Georgia Bulldog Club. With every
dollar donated equaling one point in the Hartman Fund priority
point structure, those cumulative points make a difference in the
assignment of renewable season, away game, single home game
and postseason tickets.
To meet The Georgia Bulldog Club’s goal of increasing membership
while further providing the very best resources to our dedicated
young student-athletes, donors will have the ability to build
additional points based on the giving level of new donors they
refer. The new donor will also receive the same credit based on
their annual gift.

Priority Points: The Georgia Bulldog Club calculates then ranks your Hartman Fund
priority points to allocate football tickets and parking. Ticket opportunities include
renewable season, single home game, away game, the Georgia versus Florida game
and postseason tickets (SEC Championship Game and bowl games, if Georgia
participates). Parking opportunities include home season and the Georgia versus
Florida game in Jacksonville.
Priority Point Calculation
One point per dollar given to the
Hartman Fund over a donor’s lifetime.
Hartman Fund Points: Hartman Fund points are separate from BEF and GEF points.
Only gifts to the Hartman Fund build points relative to football benefits.
Hartman Fund Donor Ranking: This table of 2013 Hartman Fund donors is
presented as a guide to gain a better understanding of where a contributor may fall
in rank order. Donors may build their points in an effort to increase their rank for the
2014 season, until the priority deadline of February 15, 2014.
Due to the structure of the priority point system coupled with renewable season
ticket locations, your rank as a Hartman Fund donor does not necessarily indicate
the relative location of your current or future seats.

10. Obtaining New Football
SEASON TICKETS
Obtaining New Football
SEASON TICKETS
A contribution to the 2014 Hartman Fund provides the opportunity to request renewable
season, single home game, away game and/or 2014 post season tickets. Eligibility for
season tickets at Sanford Stadium is a two-step process: a 2014 Hartman Fund donation
followed by a season ticket payment.
Step 1: Make one or several contributions prior to the
February 15, 2014 deadline.
» Please make a contribution you are comfortable with, as a donation does not
guarantee assignment of new season tickets.
» Each section in Sanford Stadium has a minimum per seat donation. Donors
interested in receiving season tickets for the first time may make the per seat
donation associated with a specific section. However, this does not guarantee
assignment in that section as assignment is based on priority points and availability.
Please see page 16 for each section’s minimum per seat donation.
» Hartman Fund contributions are tax deductible and non-refundable.
Step 2: Submit your season ticket application and ticket payment
prior to the March 31, 2014 deadline.
» All 2014 Hartman Fund donors will receive a season ticket application available
online or via mail in early March.
» Season ticket assignment will take place after the March 31, 2014 ticket order
deadline.
» Donors have the opportunity to request all payment refunds be applied to their
2015 Hartman Fund donation on the 2014 ticket application. Should a donor not
qualify for renewable season tickets, the ticket application provides the opportunity
to either receive a refund or apply those dollars to next year’s donation
Season Ticket Assignment Process
Season tickets will be assigned to 2014 Hartman Fund donors who submit a season ticket
application, based on the following criteria:
Priority Points: All 2014 Hartman Fund donors are ranked in order based on individual
account priority points. Relocation, additional and new season ticket requests are
addressed in this order. The more priority points you have, the earlier in the process your
request is addressed. Donors who held season tickets for the 2013 season will retain the
same seat location dependent upon renewal of the per seat donation. All donors may
request relocation. These requests are filled based on cumulative priority points, the
appropriate per seat donation and availability.
Annual Contribution: Your gift impacts the lives of remarkable student-athletes and
provides an opportunity to request priority seating. Each section in Sanford Stadium has
a minimum per seat donation associated with it. Making the donation associated with a
specific section does not guarantee assignment in that section. You are encouraged to
make a gift you are comfortable with, knowing you are supporting the academic and
athletic endeavors of UGA student-athletes in addition to building football ticket priority
points for the current and subsequent seasons.
Availability: Adjacent pairs of Sanford Stadium renewable season tickets were sold out
for the 2013 season. The Athletic Association will not know until after the March 31 season
ticket order deadline which seats will be available for the 2014 season. All available seats
are used to fulfill new, additional and relocation season ticket requests based on the priority
point system. Not knowing the attrition rates, the Athletic Association cannot project the
priority points needed to obtain season tickets. A member of The Georgia Bulldog Club will
be happy to discuss historical point cutoffs as a reference.

TICKETS
Football Season
TICKETS
Please follow the steps outlined below to renew your seats from last season,
be considered to relocate or add tickets.
Renew Tickets
Step 1: Make one or several contributions prior to the February 15, 2014 deadline, ensuring
you meet or exceed the minimum per seat donation. Minimum per seat donations are outlined
on page 16.
Step 2: Submit your season ticket application and ticket payment prior to the March 31, 2014
deadline.
Relocate Tickets
Step 1: Make one or several contributions prior to the February 15, 2014 deadline, ensuring
you meet the minimum per seat donation associated with the section in which you wish to
relocate. Making the donation associated with a specific section does not guarantee relocation.
Each donation builds your cumulative points, increasing your chances to relocate now and in the
future.
Step 2: Submit your season ticket application and payment prior to the deadline of March 31,
2014. Be sure to include a written request with your seating preference. All requests are addressed
in priority point order and fulfilled based on availability.
You will retain your previous year’s seating location if we are unable to fulfill your request.
Add Tickets
Step 1: Make one or several contributions prior to the February 15, 2014 deadline,
ensuring you meet the minimum per seat donation associated with the section of your
desired additional tickets. Donors may have a maximum of 8 season tickets on one
account, 4 of which may be assigned in the various club seating areas. Making the
minimum donation associated with a specific section does not guarantee the addition of
seats in that section. Each donation builds your cumulative points, increasing your
chances to add seats now and in the future.
Step 2: Submit your season ticket application and ticket payment for additional season
tickets prior to the deadline of March 31, 2014. Be sure to include a written request with
your seating preference. All requests are addressed in priority point order and fulfilled based
on availability. If we are unable to fulfill your request for additional season tickets, you may
receive a refund for the ticket payment only unless you elect to submit that payment as a 2015
Hartman Fund contribtion on your ticket application. Please note: it cannot be guaranteed that
the location of your additional season tickets will be adjacent to your current seats.
The Georgia Bulldog Club cannot predict the necessary

for the Georgia versus
Florida game.
The Georgia versus Florida football game in Jacksonville is an annual tradition and one of the most anticipated
games of the season. The opportunity to request tickets to the game is a benefit of being a 2014 Hartman Fund
donor. You do not need to be a season ticket holder to be eligible to request tickets.
Priority Point Requirements
Your cumulative priority points determine if you are eligible
to request tickets to the game against Florida. Requesting
game tickets does not guarantee that you will receive
them as assignments are based on priority points and
availability.
» Regular Tickets: A minimum of 8,000 cumulative
points are necessary to be eligible to request
regular seats.
» Club Level Tickets: A minimum of 60,000 cumulative
points are necessary to be eligible to request club
seats.
Your 2014 Hartman Fund contribution determines
the quantity of tickets you are eligible to request as

Donors do not need to be season ticket holders to request away and single home game tickets. The season ticket
application will list all games, as well as ticket quantities, for which a donor is eligible to order based on cumulative
priority points and a 2014 Hartman Fund contribution.
The following ticket charts outline the cumulative priority points necessary to be eligible to request tickets to a
specific game and the total number of tickets you may request based on your 2014 Hartman Fund contribution.
Requirements were established due to the limited number of available tickets and high demand.
Away and Single Home Game Ticket Assignment Process
» Payment for the away and single home game tickets is due at the same time as season tickets:
March 31, 2014. Written seating requests for away or single home games may be submitted on the ticket
application or may be entered via the online ticket application.
» Away and single home game tickets are assigned based on priority points and availability. Qualifying to
request tickets does not guarantee assignment.
» After the assignment process is complete, the Athletic Association will publish the required priority point
cutoffs on georgiadogs.com. Donors who are assigned away and/or single home game tickets will
receive them via USPS, separate from season tickets.
» Donors have the opportunity to request all payment refunds be applied to their 2015 Hartman Fund
donation on the 2014 ticket application. Should a donor not qualify for single home game or away game
tickets, the ticket application provides the opportunity to either receive a refund or apply those dollars to
