Location: Library
Admission fee: $2 includes one beverage
Special remarks: Baked goods to be bought on-site
Supervisors: Ms. Lique and Mr. Coughlin
Roles yet to be filled:
• Tasks not during the actual event:
o Poster makers x 6
o Ticket sellers (in pairs) on May 21, May 22, and May 23
o Contribute baking x 6
o Set-up x 2
o Tear-down x 2
o Ticket creator x 1
• Tasks during the event:
o Cash box for tickets outside x 2
o Cash box for tickets inside x 2
o Door greeters x 2
o Beverage server x 2
o Food handler x 2
**Those who did not get to volunteer at the last coffeehouse are given priority in volunteering at
this second coffeehouse.
12. Volunteers needed from 9 am to 4 pm on June
1, 2013 for various roles:
• Guides
• Leader for mini-groups of kids aged 6 – 11
• Leader at stations (crafts, skit, etc.)
Bonus:
• Lunch is provided
