This survey of over 20,000 individuals in the United States found that:
1. The majority (76% of women and 74% of men) plan to purchase a tablet for the holiday season.
2. When asked about tablet brand, the top responses were Apple iPad (29%), Amazon Kindle (22%), and Samsung Galaxy Tab (10%).
3. Most respondents said they would purchase a tablet for themselves (62% of women and 66% of men).
4. When asked about purchase timing, over 30% said within the next two weeks or month, while 10-15% said after Christmas or next year.
