25. RADIO PLATFORM For five weeks Beat Bash IV will be the stations primary promotional focus. Promos & Live Mentions 630 (:60) pre-recorded promotional announcements. Promos will air M-Su, 12a-12a, 18x daily, equal rotation 420 (:10) live promotional announcements. Mentions will air M-Su, 6a-12a, 12x daily On Air Chatter & Ticket Giveaways Daily Giveaways: One pair of tickets per hour, M-Th 6a-12m, Friday 6a-7p. A minimum of two live mentions per giveaway, approximately 180x additional brand mentions.

Banner will provide click through to a custom Beat Bash splash page detailing the event, artists, and sponsor promotion. E-Mail Blasts Sponsor will be included in up to five weekly e-mail blasts to the Beat Listener Club. As the promotion progresses KBBT will work together with our sponsors to help design the various messages that will be used with the mobile platform of Beat Bash IV.

35. ON-SITE PLATFORM at&t Center Sponsors will have various opportunities ranging from signage to interactive messaging campaigns to engage consumers on-site at the at&t Center. No matter the application the Beat has the capacity to fulfill most any creative event marketing strategy. No request is too big so let your imagination take control as you package in on-site elements. All on site activities must be pre-approved by facilities management at least two weeks in advance of the event date. 36. OFF-SITE PLATFORM Xavier’s World Retail Street Hits Sponsors have the opportunity to be included in Morning Show promos pre-promoting one hour street hits to help drive location traffic during the promotional window. Remotes and Street Hits Sponsors will have the ability to schedule additional remotes and street hits for any of their retail locations. Contesting Sponsors may develop contesting as part of their Beat Bash IV marketing campaign. These can range from insured contests for cash prizes or premium level ticket giveaways and meet & greets with performing artists.
