The document describes the development of a servant leadership scale to measure the construct of servant leadership. Researchers developed an initial pool of items and reduced it using exploratory factor analysis, identifying five factors of servant leadership: altruistic calling, emotional healing, wisdom, persuasive mapping, and organizational stewardship. The five factors and their internal reliability were then validated through confirmatory factor analysis.
