For the 2004-2005 fiscal year, the organization assisted 19 families in purchasing over $3 million in homes. On average, homes cost $81,596 and households earned $14,100 annually. They provided homebuyer education to 184 households and counseling to 41. New construction included homes in Greene, Johnson City, Carter, Hawkins, Washington, and Sullivan counties.
