Included with your monthly tech fee is a personal fax number that will send your faxes directly to your Crye-Leike email account – thus the name “EFax.” An order form can be found on the intranet (intranet.crye-leike.com). Simply click on the “General” tab, then on “Division-IT” to access the enrollment form. 2) Are you posting your YouTube listing video on your Facebook account? For your current listings, go to YouTube.com and type in the street address in quotation marks followed by the city (ex. “2503 Oakmont Avenue” Huntsville). This should take you directly to your YouTube video (which we automatically create for free for every listing). Simply click on “Share” beneath your video, then click on Facebook. 3) Have you uploaded 100 names to your intranet Contact List? If you already have a contact list, all you have to do is IMPORT that list into our Contacts section on the intranet. This will allow you to send eCards and eFlyers to your client list for free. If you don’t already have a client/contact list, this is the perfect time to start! The basics you’ll need are first names, last names, and emails. Inputting 100 names will take you roughly 1-2 hours.

Your clients need to know you’re now with the #1 real estate company in the South. We have a selection of “I’ve Joined” e-Cards on the intranet you can email to your client list. Plus – it’s FREE. 5) What is the next Holiday you will send an eCard for? E-Cards are the PERFECT way to drip on your client list at no cost. We’ve got e-Cards already designed for basically every Holiday. Add these to your “drip” system. 6) Have you signed up for your AT&T/Verizon/T-mobile discount? If you have cell service through AT&T, Verizon or T-mobile, let us help you save some money each month. You must sign up through our “Discounts” section on the intranet. NOTE: Some minute packages (like unlimited minutes) do not qualify for these discounts.

We average over 10,000 leads per month from Voicepad (24/7 Info Line). The leads off your listings come directly to you through email or text. Don’t forget to follow-up on these through your dashboard at Voicepad.com. 8) Have you mailed a Just Listed postcard using Quantum Digital? Simply put – we have the easiest Just Listed program you’ll ever find. For every listing, you are emailed with a Just Listed card already created for that listing PLUS we’ve already chosen neighborhood addresses. A few clicks later and your card is mailed out. It’s that easy. 9) Are you telling potential buyers about your personal Crye-Leike website? Potential buyers are constantly looking at homes on the internet. Don’t you want them to see your face while searching?? If you sign up for a personal website ($10 a month) you will have every listing in your local MLS on your site PLUS your picture and info will be on every listing. You just have to tell buyers about your site. Sign up today! The order form is available on the intranet under”General” - “Division-IT”.

Crye-Leike was the second company in the US to have an Appointment Center. In your listing package there in an “Appointment Center Info” card that you fill out and turn into your OA. You then must note on your MLS to call Appointment Center for showings. We then set up your showings PLUS email out feedback forms for each showing that occurs. 11) How do you explain the CL HomeBuyers Guide at your listing presentations? Take a copy of the magazine to EVERY listing presentation. Sometimes the magazine alone will get you the listing! 12) Do you know what listing syndication means? We send your listings to over 30 websites encompassing hundreds of web sites. Buyers are looking all over the internet for listings so we have to make sure you are on as many sites as possible. 13) What are your 3 favorite training videos available on the intranet? Have you seen the variety of training videos on the Crye-Leike intranet? Click on “Training”. Click on “Videos and Webinars”.

Being a member of a LeadingRE company like Crye-Leike provides you more than just relocation opportunities. On the homepage of the intranet, scroll down on the right-hand side and click on the Inside RE button. This will take you to a world of great training opportunities. 15) Can you make a flyer on the intranet in less than 2 minutes? The easiest property flyers you’ll ever make. Period. 16) What Crye-Leike forms are your clients required to sign on every transaction? 17) Are you entering your Open Houses on the Intranet so your Open House will be displayed online? In a majority of our markets, you simply flag your listing as “open” in your local MLS and it will automatically be flagged as open on Crye-Leike.com as well as on your Voicepad recording.

For $120 a year, our partnership with Realbiz360 will provide you with UNLIMITED automated virtual tours on your properties. RealBiz makes it easy and does it for a great price.  For more information or to sign up, visit the intranet - “Marketing” - “Virtual Tours with Realbiz”. 19) Are you aware of the customer discounts set up through CL Home Services? One of the best “hidden secrets” of Crye-Leike. The Discounts section of the intranet will walk you through discounts for national vendors available to both you and your clients. 20) When you have a referral to send to an area in the US not covered by a Crye-Leike office, who will you call in our relocation department and what is that person’s number? *For assistance with any of these questions,  please see your office administrator.
This marketing program provides increased exposure on your seller's listing. Their listing is advertised on more sites, resulting in more buyers who will see it and likely reducing the time it spends on market.  Listings are automatically sent - no need to enroll.  Daily updates are pulled from the MLS and sent by Crye-Leike to ListHub.  Syndication takes place without additional cost to you.  Listing Syndication
How it Works – our relationship with ListHub Data is pulled daily from MLS and sent to Crye-Leike public web site, our Intranet and to ListHub The next day ListHub sends the data to all the channels we subscribe to (see Web Presence handout) 48 hour turn around to channels Several sites do not subscribe to ListHub (realtor.com, LuxuryPortfolio.com). Take a copy of the magazine to EVERY listing presentation. Sometimes the magazine alone will get you the listing! 12) Do you know what listing syndication means?
