Simply click on “Share” beneath your video, then click on Facebook. 3) Have you uploaded 100 names to your intranet Contact List? If you already have a contact list, all you have to do is IMPORT that list into our Contacts section on the intranet. This will allow you to send eCards and eFlyers to your client list for free. If you don’t already have a client/contact list, this is the perfect time to start! The basics you’ll need are first names, last names, and emails. Inputting 100 names will take you roughly 1-2 hours.

We then set up your showings PLUS email out feedback forms for each showing that occurs. 11) How do you explain the CL HomeBuyers Guide at your listing presentations? Take a copy of the magazine to EVERY listing presentation. Sometimes the magazine alone will get you the listing! 12) Do you know what listing syndication means? We send your listings to over 30 websites encompassing hundreds of web sites. Buyers are looking all over the internet for listings so we have to make sure you are on as many sites as possible. 13) What are your 3 favorite training videos available on the intranet?
