Joe Petersen
For more than three decades, Joe Petersen has worked across the country as a
development, construction, management, and marketing professional in various
facets of the real estate housing industry. Mr. Petersen has served on a variety
of industry and charitable boards, including service as President of the Dallas
Multifamily Builders Council and Chairman of the Multi-Housing Council for the
National Association of Home Builders. Mr. Petersen was also named "America's
Multifamily Builder of the Year" by the National Association of Home Builders and
was named "40 Under 40" by the Dallas Business Journal.

Rich Glomski
Rich Glomski has over 35 years of providing business advisory experience in a
variety of industries including financial series, energy, telecommunications,
hospitality, manufacturing and the public sector. Prior to coming to C12, Rich
was a senior business advisor to leadership teams such as those at Chevron,
S hell Chemicals, British Petroleum, Clear Channel Communications, and several
large Texas-based commercial banks. Mr. Glomski has been an executive coach
in Texas and throughout the country in the area of managerial transition and
organizational performance. Mr. Glomski also serves as an executive coach for
the Mays MBA Business School at Texas A&M.
