Mr. Smith is the owner and president of his own company, Senyon Staffing Service, Inc.
which provides highly specialized, executive level business process and technology
services. Mr. Smith is also the co-owner of the Primrose School of Columbus Trail in
Fort Worth, Texas. He is a senior technology executive with repeated success creating
and delivering comprehensive business process and technology solutions in global
Fortune 500 environments. Mr. Smith is actively involved in his local community as a
member of the Summer Santa Board, a Miracle League coach and a guest speaker at the
University of North Texas.
Prior to founding Senyon Staffing Services, Mr. Smith was an Executive with Accenture
in their retail and consumer products consulting practice. There he enjoyed a progressive
16-year career of rapid advancement resulting in promotion to Partner. He has a proven
record of building and leading high performing teams to generate significant, hard dollar,
benefits across all major business functions.
Throughout his career Mr. Smith has consulted for many clients in the Retail and
Consumer Products industries. His clients include Red Lobster, RadioShack
Corporation, The Sports Authority, Firestone Complete Auto Care, Coach Inc., General
Cinema, M&M/Mars, Marriott Corporation, Phillip Morris, Avon, Canadian Tire and the
Retail Division of Canada Post.
Mr. Smith received a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce with Distinction, focusing
on MIS and Finance, from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia.
