This document describes a healthcare management system created by students to simplify communication between doctors and patients. The system stores patient information and allows authorized users like doctors to easily access records. • A hospital management system (HMS) is typically a computer-
based or a web-based software system that helps manage the
various complicated processes and workflows that are inherent to
the regular working of a hospital.
• One of the modern, flexible and user-friendly healthcare
management software solutions is Healthcare Management
System.
• It is a software developed to simplify the communication
between doctor and patient.

 Healthcare Management System improves the quality control on the products
and services of the hospital.
 Having a health care management system in place will significantly benefit the
Finance department of the hospital.
 With the useful dashboards and reports provided by an HMS, doctors and
other caregivers have easy and quick access to patient records and test
results.

Advantages
• This saves time and allows people to stay off the road when
driving conditions are less than optimal, such as during a
Snowstorm or hailstorm.
• No need to go outside for health checkup
• Many online medical networks offer round-the-clock access to all
kinds of specialists, without an appointment, at any time of day
or night.

management system facilities for the authorized users and keep it safe
from unauthorized users.
 The patient data can be kept a hundred percent safe by using healthcare
Management System.
 It can be made accessible by only a limited amount of authorized
personnel. With HMS, all the data is stored on a server and kept safe by
just securing the login information safe.

9.  Health care management system makes it possible to
access all the data related to a patient via a system by the
means of a few simple clicks.
 This system also store information related to diagnosis
given to Patients.
 Diagnosis information of patients is generally recorded on
a document, which contains Patient information.
