 Takeover exiting buildings from one property to be under ADCP's management and
handover existing properties from ADCP to another company along with all its supporting
documents to be created into ADCP's system going through all internal process;
 Site inspection for all newly received properties to check the status of each one and make
sure it's under ADCP's terms and condition;
 Assure all internally handled landlord requests to be completed under ADCP's terms;
 Serving the tenant with new, renewal, and transfer contracts under the Collection &
Delivery Service dealing with all payment methods (cash and cheques) to fulfill the
procedures according to all lease-related necessary paperwork in accurate and time
manner as directed;
 Working directly with other governmental authorities (ADDC, ADM-Tawtheeq and
Department of Social Services & Commercial Buildings-DSSCB)
 Working on ADM-Tawtheeq system to match each unit with ADCP’s data to update the
system, as well as ADDC system to get the clearance before leasing the unit;
 Internal units auditing for all circumstances fixing units with all type of issues to be ready
for lease;
 Professional feedback on any new process established by ADCP management before being
generalized to other departments;
 Cooperating with Legal Department, Private Building Department, and Landlord
Department for all vacating cases;
 Worked with Department of Transport – DoT – on Private Parking Distribution project
