Letter of Recommendation
On December 3 2014 we engaged Mr. Michael Adick as a highly-qualified temporary CFO for our challenging
business situation, which included Business Model Transformation and Financial Turnaround. Within just 24 hours
Mr. Michael Adick joined our Shanghai team and assumed leadership of our Finance Operations. Initially assigned
as Project CFO to support our Business Model Transformation, Mr. Michael Adick quickly identified and addressed
the challenging financial situation the company was in and engaged in Financial Turnaround.
Mr. Michael Adick excelled beyond our expectation in asserting his leadership position in the company, quickly
gained respect on all levels, including our Europe-based Private Equity Owners, Board of Directors and Shanghai-
based Senior Management and Staff. Furthermore Mr. Michael Adick was able to systematically structure our
multiple operational and financial challenges and bridged across our Customers, Suppliers, Internal Operations
and Local Governmental and Administrative Authorities in a most effective way. Mr. Adick for this purpose also
monitored and managed externally assigned Certified Public Accountants, Legal Counsel and Certified Financial
Auditors.
Achievements of Mr. Michael Adick over a period of 6 months include realization of close to EUR 500,000
outstanding Revenue by assertive Customer Negotiations, reduction of Liabilities by an average of 30% through
systematic Negotiations with over 100 Suppliers and reduction of Headcount Redundancies in Senior Management
and Operations.
Mr. Michael Adick impressed particularly in his ability of structured system-thinking and his quick adjustment of
leadership, management and communication styles according to the needs of a variety of different situations and
counterparts, especially in critical and stressful encounters.
