On December 3 2014 we engaged Mr. Michael Adick as a highly-qualified temporary CFO for our challenging
business situation, which included Business Model Transformation and Financial Turnaround. Within just 24 hours
Mr. Michael Adick joined our Shanghai team and assumed leadership of our Finance Operations. Initially assigned
as Project CFO to support our Business Model Transformation, Mr. Michael Adick quickly identified and addressed
the challenging financial situation the company was in and engaged in Financial Turnaround.

outstanding Revenue by assertive Customer Negotiations, reduction of Liabilities by an average of 30% through
systematic Negotiations with over 100 Suppliers and reduction of Headcount Redundancies in Senior Management
and Operations.
