This document outlines the vision, mission, goals, and objectives of the Municipal Action Team of Manolo Fortich for their Pantawid Beneficiaries livelihood program. Their vision is to develop well-off Pantawid households through socio-economic growth and family values. Their goals are for beneficiaries to achieve self-sufficiency and become responsible citizens. They have several objectives including providing social services to 80% of households and ensuring economic growth. The document also details the program's activities, partnerships, and accomplishments in 2015.

3. VISION
The Municipal Action Team (MAT) of Manolo Fortich envisions
being the forerunning Social Welfare and Development (SWD)
Office of Bukidnon with well-developed Pantawid
Beneficiaries in terms of family values and socio-economic
growth spearheaded by dynamic service-oriented individuals
in close coordination with its partners and stakeholders.
MISSION
To strengthen the core family values and develop resiliency
and responsible citizenship of every Pantawid household
grounded on faith and love for God, country, environment,
and family.

4. GOALS
1) For our Pantawid households to achieve self-sufficiency
with a sustainable source of income.
2) The Pantawid beneficiaries are empowered and
responsible citizens who will act as catalyst of change
towards a resilient community and country.
OBJECTIVES
1) Provide quality social service and social protection to at
least 80% of the Pantawid households.
2) Ensure each household with socio-economic growth with
sustainable source of income for the next 5 years.
3) Coordinate LGU and CSO services that will facilitate and
contribute to the improvement of well-being.
