Scientists presenting research at conferences may apply for bursaries to help cover costs. To be eligible, applicants must have an accepted scientific paper or poster, complete a questionnaire explaining their need, and be approved by a review committee. Donations for bursaries are collected in a special account and used to support scientists' participation, with any leftover funds going to health projects with international organizations.

3. WHO
• To be eligible for bursaries the following
conditions are required:
– A scientific paper, poster has to be presented
– After a reviewing process, when the paper or
poster is accepted, the first author could apply
for a bursary
– A specific questionnaire about the reason for
application must be completed
– A bursaries committee will evaluate the request

4. HOW
• A special account is open for Bursaries
– All the money collected will go for bursaries
– If at the end money remains in the account it will
be used to help a health project together with
ICN, WHO, UN, or another NGO.
