Remembering our Deceased
Remembered in Prayer and our Mass
During November we are asked especially to remember our deceased
family, Relative and friends in prayer and in our parish masses. Please
fill in the list available at the back and side door of our Church and
return them as soon as possible. All names will be placed on the sacred
altar for November and remembering in the Masses celebrated and
prayers offered. Please enclose your donation.
Novena Prayer for Mercy in the Family
Jesus, Mary and Joseph, Holy Family of Nazareth, bless our family
Keep anger and violence far from our door. May our home be a place of
love, mercy and forgiveness. Share our moments of happiness with us.
Whenever things are difficult, help us to overcome together the
problems that come our way. Be with families in Ireland and around
the world who are homeless or suffering. Jesus, Mary and Joseph come
into our home and our hearts and stay with us always.

Our Parish envelopes and Calendar will be distributed in the coming week.
Thank you to Maura McMoreland for preparing the envelopes. Also to the 27
distributors who help to get the envelope and calendar to your door. Please
use the envelopes during the year. If you have any changes from last year
please fill in the form below so we can update our parish census.

Recent Weddings
Congratulations to Susan Doherty, Abbeyville Sligo and Bernard
Corrigan, Kells, Co. Meath who were married in Carraroe on 4th
November. Also, Jessica Duffy, Ashtown, Dublin and Michael Byrne,
Dublin who were married on 12th November.

End of Life Care – Sligo Hospital
A Bereavement Awareness/End of Life Care information day will take place in
the Main Foyer in Sligo University Hospital on Thursday November 17th
10.30am-15.30pm. Everyone is welcome.

Advent Retreat - Galilee Community
Saturday November 26th from 10.30am -4.30pm by Fr. Jim Noonan ODC.
Cost €20 including light lunch.
Word of God - Sessions each Thursday beginning at
7.00pm and concludes at 9.00pm
Mediation at Galilee - Monday evenings at 7.00pm.
Tobernalt Holy Well
November is a special and sacred time to visit the Holy Well. Here we
can pray for our deceased, light a candle and pray that they are at
peace.
Pre- Marriage Course - Accord Sligo
If you are getting married now is the time to do your Pre-Marriage by
contacting ACCORD at 071-9145641. The pre-marriage course should
be booked at least 3 - 6 months in advance of the wedding.
