The document lists things that there are and are not in both the affirmative and negative using the phrases "There is/are" and "There isn't/aren't". It provides examples of singular and plural nouns to demonstrate these phrases, such as "There is a book" or "There are books", and "There isn't a car in the garage" or "There aren't any oranges in the fridge".
