INTELLECTUAL COMMUNITY, CHRIST-CENTERED WORLDVIEW. The value of a CU education is two-fold.
We value academic excellence, giving students endless opportunities to expand their minds and stretch
themselves.
THE WELL AND HEALTH SERVICES Trained, caring staff members offer
counseling in a Christ-centered environment. Meanwhile, Health Services
provides a professionally staffed medical care facility.
ACADEMIC ADVISING Your student is assigned a faculty member who
provides one-on-one counseling to assist your child in planning their
academic future at CU. Advisors help students design a class schedule
that caters to each individual. Students typically schedule 4 – 6 courses
that meet throughout the week, providing ample time for studying,
meals, fellowship and socialization.
ACADEMIC SUPPORT The Learning Center offers academic support
and disability accommodations serving as a catalyst for learning and
instruction. Additional services include one-on-one tutoring, proctored
tests, a learning strategies course and specific subject matter support.
WORLD TRAVEL More than 40 study abroad programs and global
opportunity experiences give students a chance to serve Christ on a
global and national scale through mission trips, service projects and
learning at a number of worldwide Christian academic institutions.
CAMPUS SAFETY Campus safety patrols campus 24/7, 365 days a year,
to make sure your student is safe. Stay connected with our high tech text
messaging system, offered to students and parents.
TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT All students have access to our 100 percent
wireless campus. Classrooms offer state of the art technology and
networked printers are easily accessed in every building on campus.
Students are also able to purchase laptops at a reduced rate through our
laptop program.
“Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and your plans will succeed.” – Proverbs 16:3
STUDENT SERVICES We’re committed to caring for your child. At Cornerstone, students have many
opportunities to grow academically and spiritually.

FEEDING MINDS, NOURISHING SOULS CU graduates walk away with more than
just an education. They are prepared with critical thinking and communication skills
combined with integrity, a strong work ethic and passion for their field. Our goal is to
help students become top candidates in their job market.
For students seeking to continue their education, a CU education also allows an easy
transition into an advanced degree with solid preparation for graduate school entrance
tests and course work.
CENTER FOR CAREER AND LIFE CALLING The Center
for Career and Life Calling works with students from
their first week of school to develop themselves as
professionals. 100 percent of CU students complete an
internship or hands-on pratical experience in their major,
with 97.9 percent of our graduates gaining employment
or acceptance to graduate schools within six months of
graduation.
KEEP THE PROCESS MOVING
1. If you and your student haven’t made it to our campus
yet, now is the time to schedule a visit. Observe

how we are striving to influence our world for Christ.
Register at www.cornerstone.edu/visit.
2.	Submit deposits early (tuition and housing if
applicable) to ensure availability in classrooms and
residence halls.
3.	Now that your student is accepted, the next step is
completing the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal
Student Aid). Remember, the form can be completed
as early as January 1.
