It appears that that the copy of the “DEED OF TRUST” provided Mr. Johnson on
11/29/17, was provided under a FICTIOUS Name “IRA B JOHNSON” and was provided to an
Ira B Johnson with CRIMINAL intent – FRAUD, DECEPTION, COLLUSION,
CONSPIRACY, etc. – without knowledge of Mrs. Johnson that Planters Bank and its
Representative(s) were engaging in CRIMINAL Activities for purposes of
UNLAWFULLY/ILLEGALLY obtaining possession of her Lands/Properties. However, Mr.
England KNEW and/or should have known he was engaging in CRIMINAL Acts;
nevertheless, proceeded to FULFILL his Role(s) in such CONSPIRACIES and CRIMES
targeting Blacks/Negroes/African-Americans/People-Of-Color for the purposes of
EMBEZZLEMENT of Monies/Lands/Properties and THEFT, EXTORTION, etc. of same.
Thus, VOIDING/NULLIFYING any such “DEED OF TRUST” as well as “ALL” Contracts
upon which Planters Bank may attempt to assert entitlement of Lands/Properties under – i.e.
such as; however, not limited to: PROMISSORY NOTE, COMMERCIAL SECURITY
AGREEMENT, BUSINESS LOAN AGREEMENT, IDSBURSEMENT REQUEST AND
AUTHORIZATION, AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE INSURANCE, NOTICE OF
INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS, APPRAISAL NOTICE, DISCLOSURE OF RIGHT TO
RECEIVE A COPY OF AN APPRAISAL, NOTICE OF FINAL AGREEMENT,
AMORTIZATION SCHEDULE, etc.
I believe each of you will find that although the FRIVOLOUS “DEED OF TRUST”
clearly states that it is governed by the “UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE,” Mrs. Johnson
is NOT a Business and/or NEITHER a Corporation. Mrs. Johnson is a FLESH and BLOOD –
Human Being! Therefore, NOT subject to the Uniform Commercial Code (“UCC”) and
neither can such Terms and/or Conditions under said code apply – See “DEED OF TRUST” at
Page 1.

Furthermore, even if the “DEED OF TRUST” was enforceable (when it is NOT), Planters
Bank and its Representative(s) – Parker England – did KNOWINGLY fail to issue
NOTIFICATION of any such Foreclosure via “. . .United States mail, as first class, certified
or registered mail postage prepaid, directed to the addresses shown near the beginning of this
Deed of Trust” as well as advise Mrs. Johnson of the crime(s) being committed against her.

The Video/Audio of the 11/29/17, Conference meeting with Cary Johnson, Community
Activist Vogel Denise Newsome (myself) and Planters Bank/Parker England will SUPPORT
KNOWLEDGE of “CERTIFIED MAIL” Requirements; however, such procedures were NOT
followed. Moreover, Mr. England directing us to speak to Planters Bank’s Attorney – Nick
Crawford with the Crawford Law Firm – that handled the Foreclosure proceedings! Mr.

In furtherance of Investigating the handling of Reverend Cary Johnson’s concerns, we
then went to Planters Bank’s Legal Counsel – Nick Crawford and/or Crawford Law Firm – to
inquire whether or not Mr. Johnson and/or Ira Johnson were NOTFIED of said Foreclosure in
accordance with Statutes/Laws governing said matters under their allege claims to
ENTITLEMENT under the “DEED OF TRUST” executed – i.e. wherein Mr. England
provided Mr. Johnson with a copy of.
Mr. Crawford and his Assistant CONFIRMED that there was NO Notification via
CERTIFIED Mail because such Notifications are NOT required in MISSISSIPPI! Mr.
Crawford becoming IRATE when being advised of said “MANDATORY” LEGAL

I believe each of you will find that although, Mr. England advised that
NOTIFICATION of Foreclosure was made via Certified Mail, this was NOT the case.
Nevertheless, Planters Bank and its Representative(s) – Parker England and Legal Counsel
Nick Crawford/Crawford Law Firm – proceeded to COMMIT FRAUD UPON THE
COURT(S), engage LAW ENFORCEMENT Officials and others to CONSPIRE, etc. in
Criminal Acts that INFRINGED upon the PROTECTED Rights and SOVEREIGNTY of the
Johnsons and Jackson.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: The following information is an EXCERPT of
documentation Planters Bank’s First Vice President Parker England provided to Mr. Johnson
in a document entitled, “PLANTERS BANK AND TRUST CO – LOAN TRANSACTION
HISTORY” dated 11/29/17 at 1:55:18 PM and reflects “Next Payment Due Date 5/10/2017.”
According to the Johnson’s record, Planters Bank reflects a
payment due on or 5/10/17, and the Johnson’s complied with an
EARLY payment in the amount of $800 on 5/8/2017:
