From the Record(s) of the Greenville Police Department, the above referenced matter is against a
“JOHNSON, CAREY C” and/or “CAREY C JOHNSON” – i.e. a STRAWMAN/FICTITIOUS Person
which is NOT Mr. Cary Cornelius Johnson.
Through the above referenced lawsuit, this Court as well as its Judge(s), this Court’s Clerk’s Office,
as well as the City of Greenville, Mississippi/Greenville, Mississippi Police Department, etc. have been
placed on NOTICE of the CRIMES that have been carried out of and AGAINST Mr. Cary Cornelius
Johnson (“Johnson”) – i.e. which include the 04/30/18 KIDNAPPING and other Crimes! From the
following excerpt taken from what is called a “BOOKING REPORT,” there appears to be at least THREE
WARRANTS – WA2016-00852, GP10037737, and again GP10037737 issued. WHO issued these
Warrants?
When Mr. Johnson requested copy of records regarding the 04/30/18 incident which involve
his KIDNAPPING from the “Records Department” of the Greenville Police Department, he
was DENIED information regarding said alleged WARRANTS that issued. Therefore, it is
unclear to him WHY said Warrants were issued and for WHAT. Furthermore, Mr. Johnson
and the Utica International Embassy (UIE) have concerns that further CRIMES are being
committed for purposes of attempting to get Mr. Johnson before this Court through the use of
FRAUDULENT and CRIMINAL acts for purposes of getting him to forego PROTECTED
Rights guaranteed him as a SOVEREIGN Citizen which Johnson is NOT going to do!
As you may or may not know, Mr. Johnson is a LEAD Party in INVESTIGATIONS
presently being conducted by the Utica International Embassy against PLANTERS BANK &
TRUST COMPANY for unlawful/illegal FORECLOSURE SCAMS being carried out for
which his Wife’s (Ira Johnson) property was unlawfully/illegally taken through such scams.

On or about Sunday, April 29, 2018, Mr. Johnson was advised of an Automobile Accident which
occurred near his residence and went out to Investigate – i.e. being that he is an Investigator. It appeared to
him that a Greenville Police Department Vehicle and a Greenville Police Officer was involved in this
Automobile Accident for which the Police Officer appeared to Mr. Johnson to be at fault and perhaps
IMPAIRED (i.e. intoxicated, etc.)!
On or about April 30, 2018, while Mr. Johnson was assisting in the INVESTIGATION of the
04/29/18, Automobile Accident involving a Greenville, Mississippi Police Officer, this was when he was
subjected to a KIDNAPPING, held HOSTAGE against his will, and subjected to other CRIMINAL Acts that
were carried out it appears for RETALIATORY purposes to prevent a SOVEREIGN Citizen as Mr. Johnson
from exercising PROTECTED Rights, Privileges and Immunity secured and guaranteed him. Furthermore,
the use of such KIDNAPPING and other CRIMES for purposes of FEAR, INTIMIDATION, BLACKMAIL,
COERCION, THREATS, etc. to impede said investigation as well as the FORECLOSURE SCAMS matter.

With that being said, Cary Cornelius Johnson WILL NOT be and/or is NOT Legally and/or NOR
Lawfully required to come before this Court and IS presently challenging the INSTRUMENT(S) used (i.e.
as the “Booking Report”) as evidence to support “FRAUD UPON THE COURT” and other Crimes being
carried out of and against him because he is involved in INVESTIGATIONS such as the FORECLOSURE
SCAMS and other crimes being carried out and TARGETING Natives, Native Americans as well as those
LABELED by the Nazi and/or WHITE Jews/Zionists/Supremacists as BLACKS/NEGROES/AFRICAN-
Americans/People-Of-Color/COLORED!
PLEASE BE ADVISED, that under National as well as INTERNATIONAL Laws, Mr. Johnson has
a DUTY and OBLIGATION to NOTIFY the PUBLIC/WORLD of such HIDEOUS WAR CRIMES – i.e.
Crimes Against Peace, Crimes Against Humanity, War Crimes, etc. – ACTS OF TERRORISM and IS doing
so!
Not ONLY have Mr. Johnson been DENIED the Warrants alleged to have been issued, he looks
forward to getting the VIDEOTAPING/AUDIO, etc. to which he is NOW entitled to regarding his
KIDNAPPING as well as the Records, etc. regarding the 04/29/18 Automobile Accident he was assisting in
the INVESTIGATION of at the time of his 04/30/18 KIDNAPPING! Furthermore, Mr. Johnson IS NOW
entitled to the documentation regarding WITNESSES and/or VICTIMS of such alleged crimes for which it
appears he has been TARGETED and appears he is a Victim himself of IDENTITY THEFT for crimes
carried out by another for which he is legally/lawfully entitled to INVESTIGATE and seek the
PROSECUTION of Parties ENGAGING in said CRIMES and intends to do so!

Johnson with the applicable credentials:
Mr. Johnson CHALLENGES the FRAUDULENT documents that have been drafted by the
Greenville Police Department that appears have resulted in a Court date being set for May 7, 2018, which
CONSTITUTES as a FRAUD UPON THIS COURT and other CRIMES!
PLEASE ADVISED that any such appearance by Mr. Cary Cornelius Johnson before
said Court INSTITUTED through the use of CRIMINAL Acts are PROHIBITED under National as well as
INTERNATIONAL Laws; and, therefore, based upon the WELL-ESTABLISHED History of the STATE
of Mississippi, United States of America/United States DESPOTISM Government and their Legal Counsel
Baker Donelson Bearman Caldwell & Berkowitz, this Court (and the Recipients of this correspondence) is

that Mr. Cary Cornelius Johnson – under such EXTREME and EMERGENCY CIRCUMSTANCES –
has filed his May 4, 2018, “NOTICE OF NON-ATTENDANCE AT MAY 7, 2018 COURT ACTION and
NOTICE OF REQUEST SEEKING INTERNATIONAL JUDICIAL PROSECUTION” with this Court as
required under National and INTERNATIONAL Laws to support that this Court as well as the STATE of
Mississippi/United States DESPOTISM Government/Washington County, Mississippi/City of Greenville,
Mississippi/Greenville Police Department, etc. have been NOTIFIED of his 04/30/18 KIDNAPPING and
other Crimes as well as the CRIMINAL acts carried out against him in efforts of getting Mr. Johnson to
WAIVE PROTECTED Rights and submit himself to the JURISDICTION of this Court (which LACKS
Jurisdiction) which Mr. Johnson CANNOT do and WILL NOT do!
PLEASE BE ADVISED that we EMPHASIZE that Mr. Johnson has a DUTY and
OBLIGATION to NOT only PROTECT himself against the THREATS and ATTACKS that the Nazis
and/or WHITE Jews/Zionists/Supremacists have LAUNCHED against him for purposes of ENSLAVING
him and KILLING/MURDERING him, he also has a DUTY and OBLIGATION to NOTIFY the
PUBLIC/WORLD of such TERRORIST acts that have NOT ONLY been leveled against him but others –
i.e. specifically Natives, Native Americans as well as Blacks/Negroes/African-Americans/People-of-Color!
Mr. Johnson is in GOOD FAITH working to get such issues resolved and ask for this Court’s

There is Record Evidence to support that the FORECLOSURE Scams matter (in which Mr. Johnson is a
VICTIM and is presently actively involved in the INVESTIGATIONS being conducted) is a matter that has
been brought to the attention of the STATE of Mississippi, United States of America/United States
DESPOTISM Government, United States DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE, and the INTERNATIONAL
Criminal Court, etc. for which he is preparing; and, therefore, take such ATTACKS - as his 04/30/18
KIDNAPPING - as DIRECT THREATS ON HIS LIFE, LIBERTIES, FREEDOM, SOVEREIGNTY, etc.
Moreover, MALICIOUS Terrorist/Criminal Acts to IMPEDE the Investigations being conducted.

Mr. Johnson advised that there seemed to be some confusion at the Clerk’s Office at the Municipal
Court in getting his pleading filed. Hopefully, this letter will clear up any confusion! Moreover, Mr.
Johnson himself is confused as to WHY such Mississippi BLACK CODES Law attacks have been leveled
against him and WHY he is unable to get any information/evidence regarding these allege charges.
Nevertheless, he is being subjected to FRAUDULENT and CRIMINAL acts to get him before this court
WITHOUT just cause and information is being WITHHELD from him for which he is entitled to!
PLEASE BE ADVISED, through this correspondence, we are NOTIFYING
the International Criminal Court of the 04/30/18 KIDNAPPING and other Crimes leveled against
Mr. Johnson by the United States of America/United States’ DESPOTISM Government Regime as
well as the STATE of Mississippi and their CO-CONSPIRATORS (as the MUNICIPAL COURT of
Washington County, Mississippi – i.e. its Judges/Clerks/Officials/Officers, Legal Counsel, etc.) are
in VIOLATION and INFRINGING upon Mr. Johnson’s SOVEREIGN Rights, Privileges and
Immunity, etc. Said attacks against Mr. Johnson are in VIOLATION of National and/or
INTERNATIONAL Laws – i.e. War Crimes, Crimes Against Peace, Crimes Against Humanity, etc.
